Cirkularity Policy

When your Rødder product is no longer being used, we are happy to buy it back from you. See why & how here

When you return a product we will determine the state of the product and base the value of the voucher, on the amount and types of signs of use the product carries. If you are not satisfied with the evaluation and wish to cancel the circulation process, you will be charged for the shipping expenses.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. All items must be returned in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. This means that the items must not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or worn (other than to try the item on). You can test the product in the same way you would test it in a physical store. If the product has been tested additionally, we will have to consider it used, which means that it will not be accepted for reimbursement and will be sent back to you at your own expense. All labels or tags must be intact, and each item must be in the original cloth bag.

How to return

  1. Go to www.return.shipmondo.com/rodder_returns and fill out the return form.
  2. Pack the product(s) and If possible, re-use the original packaging, close the parcel securely and write the DAO shipping code on your parcel.
  3. Drop the parcel in a DAO pakke shop.
  4. You can expect to receive a refund within 14 days of sending the parcel back to us. Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email.


Upon returning, you are fully responsible for the product(s) being wrapped securely, to effectively avoid damage while they are in transit. The full responsibility for the product is yours until the product has been safely delivered to us on the return address listed below on this page. 

Refunds
You have 14 days right of withdrawal, when you shop at www.rodderkids.dk.

The right of withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you initially received your product. You must complete the return form at www.return.shipmondo.com/rodder_returns within the 14 days, to get a refund. If you buy more than one item on our web shop, you can withdraw one or more items, even though they are bought and sent as one order. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@rodderkids.dk.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Payment

We accept the following payment methods: ApplePay, Mobile Pay, PayPal, MasterCard, VISA, VISA Electron and GooglePay.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and your order is not fulfilled until you receive the e-mail with your invoice and shipping information. If an item is undeliverable, we will remove it from your order and adjust the payment accordingly. The invoice amount will not be drawn from your card before the purchased items leave our stock. We never draw money for undelivered goods. 

Discount codes cannot be added manually once the order is placed.

Currency and VAT 
Prices shown on the website are in DKK or EUR and are inclusive 25% VAT.

Shipping Policy

All Danish orders are delivered with DAO or GLS. Orders outside Denmark is delivered with PostNord. We aim to start production of orders received before 12:00 on the same day we receive your order. Your order will be ready to be dispatched from us within 2-4 business days. During busy periods or holydays, longer delivery times may occur.

Denmark: 1-3 business days
Europe: 5-7 business days
Worldwide: 10-15 business days

How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send a confirmation email with an invoice and information about any out-of-stock items. You will receive the shipment details and tracking number from us as soon as possible. Please note that it may take some time for tracking data to be uploaded.

Missing delivery
Rødder Børn cannot be held responsible for delays by the shipping company. If the shipping company cannot deliver your package according to your chosen delivery method, the package will automatically be returned to Rødder and subsequently canceled.

Taxes:
Please be aware that if you shop from a non-EU country, local import charges may occur. Please contact us if you have questions regarding this.
