By placing an order at www.rodderkids.dk you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below, so please take your time to read them before placing your order.

How to shop at www.rodderkids.dk

  1. Browse our selection and choose the items you want. Mark the right size and click ‘Add to basket’ to add it to your online shopping cart.
  2. Find the basket icon in the top right corner and click ‘Checkout’. From here, you will be led through our checkout system to successfully complete your purchase.
  3. Fill in your personal details and pick your preferred shipping and payment method.
  4. Agree to our general shopping conditions by checking off the box that says ‘Terms & Conditions’
  5. Click ‘Proceed to Payment’ to activate the payment window.
  6. Fill in your payment information. Check that all your information is correct and then complete your purchase.

After your purchase is completed, you will immediately receive an order confirmation. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your invoice. In this email you will also find a return form that must be printed, filled out and enclosed in case you will need to return something. Tracking information will be sent to you in a separate email once the order has shipped.

Prices shown on the website are either DKK, EUR, ISK, NOK or SEK and are inclusive 25% VAT.

Customers purchasing from a country outside EU are served as DDU (door delivery duty unpaid) and will be charged by Rødder for the shipping costs only. Import duty and tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from the courier company.

Customers purchasing within EU are served as DDP (door delivery duty paid) and relevant import duty and tax costs are included in the final purchase price.

Insurance and delivery

Rødder Børn insures each purchase during the time it is in transit, until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point all responsibility for your purchased goods is passed on to you. 

Upon returning a product, the full responsibility for the product is yours until the product has been safely delivered to us on the listed return address.

Payment methods

We accept the following payment methods: Mobile Pay, MasterCard, VISA, VISA Electron and ApplePay.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and your order is not fulfilled until you receive the e-mail with your invoice and shipping information. If an item is undeliverable, we will remove it from your order and adjust the payment accordingly. The invoice amount will not be drawn from your card before the purchased items leave our stock. We never draw money for undelivered goods. 

Discount codes cannot be added manually once the order is placed.

Security

To provide the Services, we collect and have collected over the past 12 months personal information about you from a variety of sources, as set out below. The information that we collect and use varies depending on how you interact with us.

In addition to the specific uses set out below, we may use information we collect about you to communicate with you, provide the Services, comply with any applicable legal obligations, enforce any applicable terms of service, and to protect or defend the Services, our rights, and the rights of our users or others.

Returns

If you want to return something from your order, you have 14 days to send it back to us from the date of receipt. All items must be returned in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. This means that the items must not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or worn (other than to try the item on). You can test the product in the same way you would test it in a physical store. If the product has been tested additionally, we will have to consider it used, which means that it will not be accepted for reimbursement and will be sent back to you at your own expense. All labels or tags must be intact, and each item must be in the original polybag.

Faulty goods

All items are subject to a two-year warranty. All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to our customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or if a manufacturing fault occurs within 24 months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged because of wear and tear are not considered faulty. When possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. 

You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

Complaint procedure

Please contact our customer service with any doubts and thoughts, and we will always strive to find the best solution. Should we not be able to find a solution, you can choose to file a complaint with the Center for Klageløsning, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark. See also www.forbrug.dk.

It is also possible to file a complaint to the EU commissions online dispute resolutions platform, which mainly will be relevant for consumers living in another European country than Denmark. The ODR platform is accessible here: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

Withdrawal of order

If you wish to cancel or return your order, please provide us with notice either via email to info@rodderkids.dk, or by using the return form enclosed in your confirmation email from us. Return the item(s) to us as set out under “Delivery and returns” within the 14-day period. We will provide a refund attempting to use the same method used to make the payment as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your notice of cancellation, provided we have received the items or evidence of you having sent back the item(s). Shipping charges for returning an order will be at your own expense.
